Cancellation

Please send us cancellations in written form (e.g. fax) to DGQ, Frankfurt/Main.
In case of cancellation following fees are to be paid according to the date we receive the cancellation:

up to 14 workdays prior to the conference the cancellation will be free of charge
between 13 and 3 workdays prior to the conference there will be a fee of 30% of the regular price
from 2 workdays on until the conference the full price has to be paid

No shows and drop-outs must pay the full conference fee. As a matter of course we do accept without any additional fee another person as substitute.
